摘要
中俄人文交流是中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系的重要组成部分,既体现中俄两国战略协作伙伴关系的水平,也有力地巩固和推动中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系的发展。21世纪中俄人文交流的特点是:首先,由中俄两国政府主导,有计划、有重点地全面推进,突显顶层设计和战略眼光。其次,中俄两国人文交流是大规模的、卓有成效的。最后,中俄人文交流是全方位、宽领域的。展望未来,中俄人文交流具有更加深厚而牢固的文化基础、政治基础和社会基础,中俄人文交流必将迎来更大发展的新时代。
Sino-Russian cultural exchange is an important part of the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between China and Russia.It not only reflects the level of their strategic partnership,but also strengthens and promotes the development of this partnership.There are three features in the Sino-Russian cultural exchange in the twenty-first century.Firstly,Sino-Russian cultural exchange is led by the Chinese and Russian governments.It is developing comprehensively according to particular plans and emphases,which arrangement highlights the top-level design and strategic vision.Secondly,Sino-Russian cultural exchange is large-scale and fruitful.Lastly,Sino-Russian cultural exchange is comprehensive.In the future,Sino-Russian cultural exchange is bound to usher in a new era of greater development,in that the programs will have deeper and more stable cultural,political and social bases.
