摘要
目的探讨心脏涤纶补片在下睑肿物切除术的临床应用。方法30例（30眼）下睑肿物的患者，行肿物切除术，采用现在涤纶补片代替睑板，利用眼周带轮匝肌的皮肤转移，修复眼睑前层，用下穹窿结膜移位修复睑结膜层。术后观察下睑缘未知的变化及植入物是否移位及脱出。结果对30例（30眼）患者应用心脏涤纶补片下睑整形术后观察6—12个月，无植入物移位及脱出。32例眼睑外观及功能均满意。下睑缘位于下角巩膜缘上约2mm。结论心脏涤纶补片重建眼睑肿物切除术后的修复材料，安全可靠，为治疗眼睑缺损提供了一种新材料。
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effects of heart dacron patch in lower eyelid tumor resection. Methods Totally 30 cases （30eyes） with lower eyelid tumor resection. With heoplasm resection, adopt the heart dacron patch take plact of eyelid board using transfer the latter muscle skin around the eye. repaird the top layer eyelids transfer the dome under conjunctive repair palpebral conjunctive postoperative observation the lower eyelid position is change and th im- plant is displaced or prolapsed. Results Totally 20 cases of heart dacron eyelid implant follow up 6 to 24 mouths. No implant displacemen and function primary position of the lower eyelid is located on the edge of imbus bue over 2mm. Conclusion Dacron as heart implants can supply under the eyelid heoplasm resection safe and reliable, as one of the ideal treatment of eyelid defact implant materials.
