摘要
针对矿场调剖实际需求,利用仪器检测和物理模拟方法,开展了体膨颗粒吸水率与溶胀率、抗剪切性、渗流特性、传输运移能力、粒径与油藏孔隙匹配关系和驱油效果实验研究.结果表明:随时间延长,体膨颗粒吸水率和溶胀率增大,并且初期增幅较大,24小时后增幅减缓.体膨颗粒抗剪切性能较好,经地层剪切后83%以上仍为大颗粒.体膨颗粒粒径愈小,溶剂水矿化度愈低,吸水率和溶胀率愈大,抗剪切能力愈差;与污水相比较,污水配置聚合物溶液中体膨颗粒吸水率和溶胀率较小,抗剪切性较好,当体膨颗粒浓度为6000mg/L时,"体膨颗粒粒径/平均喉道直径"范围在4.18-5.40之间可适用于油藏.推荐体膨颗粒浓度6000mg/L,注入量0.38PV,调剖半径51.3m,为避免封堵近井地带,可先选择小粒径颗粒注入,并逐渐增大粒径.
A kind of volume expansion grain has been studied in respects of relationship between its water absorption rate and swelling ratio,shearing resistance,seepage characteristics,transmission and migration,matching relationship between its particles and core throat and its flooding effect by means of apparatus detection and physical modeling in preparation for pilot tests for profile controlling.The results show that as time goes by,water absorption rate and swelling ratio of volume expansion grains increase,and the incipient increment is larger while the increment decreases slowly after 24 hours.The volume expansion grains show desirable shearing resistance and remain big particles after it has been sheared by 83%.The smaller the particles and the salinity of solvent,the bigger the water absorption rate and swelling ratio and the smaller the shearing resistance;compared with waste water,water absorption rate and swelling ratio of volume expansion grain in the polymer solution with waste water are smaller and shearing resistance is desirable.When the concentration of volume expansion grain is 6000mg/L,the ratio of grain diameter to average pore diameter has to be between 4.18 and 54 to apply to the reservoir.The recommended concentration of volume expansion grain is 6000mg/L,injection volume 0.38 PV and profile controlling radius 51.3m.To avoid block near wellbore zone,small radius grains would be injected first which are followed by big radius grains.
