摘要
头晕是急诊就诊患者常见的症状之一,人体几乎所有系统病变皆可引起头晕,故头晕的病因众多.代谢性疾病约占全部头晕病因的10％.代谢性疾病可能通过引发迷路功能障碍而导致头晕,后者在人体正常平衡功能的维持中发挥重要作用.
Dizziness is a common compliant among emergency department patients and can be caused by multiple diseases and conditions that involve nearly all of the body systems. Metabolic events are the cause of approximately 10% of all dizziness complaints. Metabolic disorders can cause dizziness resulting from labyrinthine system dysfunction, which plays a substantial role in the coordination of the balance system.
