摘要
文中以电力公司开展至今的招标采购管理工作情况总结、分析为基础,在洞悉公司招标采购管理的现状的基础上,对公司招标采购管理工作存在的多方面风险问题作深入探讨,并以最大程度地避免采购风险为最终目的,剖析核心问题,给出针对性的解决措施。
The management of bidding procurement based on the electric power company has been carried out in the summary,on the basis of the status quo based insight into companies bidding management on the in-depth study of various risk management problems of bid invitation for purchasing companies,and to the greatest extent possible to avoid purchasing risk as the ultimate goal,analyzes the core problems are given targeted solutions.
