摘要
目的染色体9p21区域是冠心病关联的疾病易感位点,但其具体作用机制仍不明确,该文旨在研究IFNα21表达和冠状动脉硬化严重程度之间的关联。方法连续选取2014年1月—2015年1月在哈尔滨医科大学附属四院心内科住院并行冠状动脉造影的病人200例,根据影像学结果分为4组(每组50例),对照组:冠脉内膜光滑无狭窄;实验1组,冠脉血管狭窄为50%-75%;实验2组,冠脉血管狭窄〉75%;实验3组,冠脉血管完全闭塞。采用IFNA21特异性ELISA套装盒测试和特异性IFNα21抗体测定INFα21浓度。结果对照组IFNα21蛋白的浓度为(49.32±10.71)μg/L,实验1组为(51.38±8.23)μg/L(与对照组比较P=0.087),实验2组为(47.11±11.36)μg/L(与对照组比较P=0.096),实验3组为(57.03±13.31)μg/L(与对照组比较P=0.065),INFα21表达和冠状动脉硬化程度之间差异无统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论干扰素α21表达同冠心病发病率和冠状动脉硬化严重程度均无相关性,染色体9p21造成冠心病高发并不是由I型INF表达介导的。
Objective Chromosome 9p21 is associated with the high mobility of coronary artery desease, but the mechanism remines un-clear. INFα21expression and the link between the sevirity of coronary atherosclersis was studed in this paper.Methoed 200 patients were admitted and underwent angiography in the 4th hospital of Harbin Medical University from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015. Those pa-tients wre divided into 4 groups according to the imaging results. Control group: coronary artery was smooth without any stenosis. Ex-periment 1: The coronary artery stenosis of 50%~75%. Experiment 2: The coronary artery stenosis was less than 75%. Experiment 3:The coronary artery stenosis was total occulsion. IFNα21 density was tested by using IFNα21 specific ELISA kit box and specific determination. Results Concentration of INFα21 in control group was(49.32±10.71)μg/L,experiment group 1 was(51.38±8.23)μg/L(compared with CP, P=0.087),experiment group 2 was(47.11±11.36)μg/L(compared with CP,P=0.096),experiment group 3 was(57.03±13.31)μg/L(compared with CP,P=0.065). The results showed there was no signicant differece among the three experiment groups and control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion So which 9p21 genotype modulates cardiovascular risk does not involve regulation of INFα21 responses.
