摘要
目的探讨安神定志汤在结合了抗焦虑药物后对于广泛性焦虑障碍(GAD)的临床疗效。方法将就诊的84例GAD患者平均分为观察组与对照组。结果两组患者治疗后HAMA评分均有所下降,和治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时以观察组患者下降程度更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对GAD患者治疗过程中,单纯西医治疗疗效有限,若能配合中药安神定志汤,可以有效提高治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量评分,同时用药安全性高,并不会增加不良反应的发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tranquilization decotion of TCM and antianxiety drugs in generalized anxiety disorder（ GAD）. Methods 84 GAD patients in the hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly and equally divided into two groups.Results After treatment,the evaluation score of HAMA of two groups was lower than before（ P〈 0. 05）. The evaluation score of HAMA for observation group was even lower than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The western medicine and tranquilization decotion of TCM has a higher safety in GAD patients. It can efficiently improve the clinical effect and the evaluation score of life quality. It is also safe and will not increase the rate of adverse reaction.
