摘要
辽河油田是我国最大的稠油、高凝油生产基地,各生产环节用热负荷较大,加热炉数量较多,导致能源消耗量大。由于油气田加热炉分布零散、工作环境恶劣、运行负荷多变,以及运行时间长、设备老化、自动化水平低等原因,加热炉热效率普遍偏低。辽河油田通过开展优化核减、设备更新、技术改造、运行管理等工作,实现加热炉提效5%,平均热效率达到85.5%,实现节能量2.38×104t标煤,圆满完成了加热炉提效工作目标。
Liaohe oilfield is the biggest heavy oil and high poured point oil production base. Because of bigger heating-using load and a lot of heating furnaces, a large of energy has been wasted. Based on scattered heating furnace, variable running load, longer running time, older equipment and lower automation level, the thermal efficiency for heating furnace is lower. According to heating furnace efficiency-improving put forward by CNPC during the 12thfive-year plan, the heating furnace efficiency can be increased by 5%, the average thermal efficiency is to 85.5% and 2.38 × 104 t coal can be saved by equipment replacement, technology transformation and strengthening running management.
