摘要
以从优质窖泥中分离出的己酸菌富集菌液为研究对象,利用该菌液在厌氧条件下生产己酸,在单因素实验的基础上,确定影响己酸积累的各因素及其相应条件,再利用正交试验确定各因素的最佳水平,即温度为34℃,初始p H为7.0,接种量为10%,(NH4)2SO4添加量为0.2%,此时己酸产量达到6543mg/L。
In the experiments,caproic acid bacterias were enriched from aged pit mud, and then the fermentation conditions were optimized.Based on the single factor experiment, the parameters and their values for the production were obtained. Then, the optimum values of these patameters by op thogonal experiments were obtained: the optimum temperature, 34℃; initial p H of fermentation, 7.0; the concentration of ammonium sulfate, 0.2% and incubation 10%. Finally, under the optimum conditions, 6543mg/L of caproic acid were obtained.
