摘要
试验旨在研究不同饲粮对配种期母貂受配率、养分表观消化率、氮代谢、氨基酸消化率的影响。选取品种一致,健康且体重和年龄相近的1岁改良黑貂240只,随机分为3组,每组母貂80个重复,每个重复1只,均单笼饲养。Ⅰ组饲喂鲜配合饲料,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂颗粒料、混合料(颗粒料与鲜贴料以干物质基础按11混合)。结果表明:1全颗粒组母貂受配率(female mink matingutilization)最高。2配种期母貂的养分表观消化率3组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。3配种期母貂的日食入氮(nitrogen intake)、粪氮(fecal nitrogen)、尿氮(urine nitrogen)、沉积氮(nitrogen retention)、蛋白质生物学效价(BV)、净蛋白利用率(NPU)3组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。4母貂的ASP消化率颗粒饲料组极显著低于鲜配合饲料组(P<0.01),颗粒组THR、SER、VAL、ILE、LEU和PHE消化率显著低于鲜配合饲料组(P<0.05),其他氨基酸和总氨基酸的消化率3组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下,水貂准备配种期和配种期饲喂颗粒饲料组母貂受配率高于饲喂鲜配合饲料组,水貂配种期可以饲喂颗粒饲料。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different diets on conception rate, nu-trient apparent digestibility, nitrogen metabolism and amino acid digestibility of breeding period femalemink. Two hundred and forty of one-year-old minks, were selected and divided randomly into 3 groupswith 80 females in each group. The minks of GroupⅠwere fed a fresh formula feed, and minks in theother groups(Ⅱ, Ⅲ) were fed pellet feed and mixture diet(the ratio of pellet feed and fresh formulafeed was 11 at the basis of dry matter). The results showed as follows: 1 The conception rate of fe-male minks in pellet feed group were higher than that of the other two groups. 2 The nutrient apparentdigestibility of female minks had no significant differences between these three groups(P〉0.05). 3 Theaverage nitrogen intake, fecal nitrogen,urine nitrogen,nitrogen retention,protein biological value and netprotein utilization of female minks had no significant differences between the three groups(P〉0.05). 4The ASP digestibility of the female minks in the pellet feed group or the mixture feed group was lowerthan that of females in the fresh feed group(P〈0.01, or P〈0.05), but there were no significantdifferences in the other amino acid and total ami-no acid between the three groups.(P〉0.05). Thebreeding period of mink can be fed pellet feed.
