摘要
丹麦养猪业水平居世界前列,生产的高质量和高健康级别猪肉产品获得丹麦和国际消费者信任。丹麦已形成覆盖种猪繁育、饲料、养殖、屠宰加工到销售的全猪生产链,猪场集约化、规模化及产业化程度高。在过去20年中,丹麦每头母猪PSY持续增加,每年平均提高0.45头,于2014年达到32.5头。断奶仔猪及生长育肥猪的饲料转换效率逐年降低,经济效益逐年提高。丹麦养猪业这些成就的取得在于:以市场为导向的明确育种方向及健全的人工授精网络,科学合理的营养标准与饲喂技术,世界领先的饲养管理技术,完善的疾病防控体系,严格的动物福利标准,以及高度重视的环境保护促进产业的可持续发展。文章从遗传选育、饲料营养、饲养管理、疾病防控、动物福利与环境保护等6个方面总结丹麦养猪业成功的经验,并给正处于变革时期的我国养猪业提供一些可行性对策与建议。
Denmark is in a leading position in the world with regard to pork production. Danish pigmeat is produced to the highest quality and healthy standards, which is deeply trusted by not only na-tive consumers but also international consumers.The entire production chain of Danish pork hasbeen built, covering from breeding, feeding,slaughtering, producing, and selling. The Danishpig farms hold an intensive, large scale and in-dustrial system of pork production. Over the past20 years, the number of pigs weaned per sow peryear（PSY） is increased by 0.45 per sowperyear,and reached to 32.5 by 2014. Moreover, the feedconversion ratios of weaning and grower-finisherpigs are sustainably dropped, and the gross margin is increased per year. Denmark＇s success in porkproduction is due to the following reasons： clear breeding objective based on market prospects, opti-mized-artificial insemination system, scientific and reasonable nutrition standards, advances in feedingmanagement, strict hygiene practices and pig-welfare standards, and improved environmental protec-tion and sustainability of pig farming. This review provided an overview of the experiences of success-ful pork production in Denmark from the respects of breeding, nutrition, feeding, disease control andprevention, animal welfare, and environmental protection, aiming to provide a theoretical basis andtechnical guidance to improve pork production of our country, which is in the period of transformation.
