摘要
以某丝绸企业不同规格的桑蚕丝和人造丝为原料,采用高速全电子提花剑杆织机织造而成的4组四合如意花型宋锦鞋材织物为试样,探讨了宋锦鞋材的织造方法及工艺参数,并对4种不同混比宋锦鞋材的耐磨性、起毛起球性、勾丝性、断裂强力、断裂伸缩率、折皱回复性、尺寸稳定性等性能进行了测试,分析了原料种类、织造工艺参数对鞋材各项性能的影响。结果表明,桑蚕丝、人造丝的经纬密度与鞋材的各项性能之间具有密切的相关性。
Different specifications of natural silk and rayon of one silk enterprise were used as raw materials. Four groups of four - wishful flower - Song brocade shoe fabric weaved by high - speed electronic jacquard rapier loom were used as samples. The weaving methods and process parameters of Song brocade shoe materials were discussed. The wear resistance, pilling, snagging, breaking strength, fracture elongation, crease recovery, dimensional stability and other properties of the four different mixing Song brocade shoe materials were tested. The effect of raw materials types and weaving process parameters on the performance of shoe materials was analyzed. Results show that the warp/weft density of natural silk and rayon is closely related to the performance of shoe materials.
