摘要
鞋底轮廓曲线是由直线与圆弧等构成的光滑闭环曲线链,是制鞋设计、制造、检测、包装的重要图形之一。基于鞋底轮廓曲线在尺寸标注与几何约束方面的要求,导致使用Auto CAD等2D软件进行鞋底轮廓曲线的绘图过程比较困难,或无法完成图形的绘制,采用PTC/Creo软件参数化草绘功能,通过连续绘制直线与圆弧等的光滑曲线草图,并运用参数驱动的设计理念,能快速实现鞋底轮廓曲线草图的绘制,再将其转换为DXF或DWG文件,以此作为制鞋加工与生产之用,为复杂轮廓曲线图形的设计与绘制,提供简洁、实用的解决方案。
It is difficult for AutoCAD 2D software or others to draw the sole outline curve, or unable to complete the drawing because of the requirements for dimensions and geometric constraints of the sole outline curve. A drawing method of sole outline curve was proposed. The drawing of the sole outline sketch could be achieved quickly by using the PTC/Creo software parametric sketch drawing function. The parameters could be used to drive design concepts, and the PTC/Creo software can draw continuous smooth curve of lines and arcs. The sole outline curve was converted to DXF or DWG file, which can be used for shoemaking pro- cessing and production, providing a simple and practical solution for the design and drawing of complex outline curves.
