检测板快速检测大肠菌群大肠杆菌的研究 被引量:1

Application of petri-dish in the rapid detection of Coliforms and Escherichia Coli

摘要 目的评价大肠菌群大肠杆菌检测板(CEP)的检测效果。方法本实验室研究的CEP与经典培养基结晶紫中性红胆盐琼脂培养基(VRBA)、测试片Film-1和Film-2对比,分别对10种质控菌株、9种人为加阳性菌样品以及4种自然样品进行检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果 CEP具有良好的选择性;对10种质控菌株检测结果分析,CEP与VRBA、Film-1和Film-2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对9种人为加菌样品检验结果分析,CEP与VRBA和Film-1比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与Film-2相比检出量较多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对4种实际样品中大肠菌群检验结果分析,4种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。4种实际样品大肠杆菌检验结果分析,3种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本实验室开发的检测板与VRBA和Film-1总体检测效果无差异,优于Film-2。 Objective To evaluate the detective efficacy of Coliforms and Escherichia Coli Petri- dish( CEP). Methods A new CEP prepared by Dayuanlvzhou laboratory was used to compare with a classical medium of violet red bile agar( VRBA),Film- 1 and Film- 2 by detecting separately 10 reference strains,9 sterile samples with Coliforms or E. coli and other 4 samples,and the detection rates were analyzed. Results CEP had good selectivity. The analysis of 10 kinds of quality control strains test results showed that the difference between CEP and VRBA,Film- 1 and Film- 2 had no statistical significance( P〈0. 05). The analysis of 9 sterile samples with Coliforms or E. coli showed that the difference between CEP and VRBA,Film- 1 had no statistical significance( P〈0. 05),while CEP can be more advantageous than the Film- 2,and difference had statistical significance( P〈0. 05). In analysis of the four actual samples of Coliforms,there was no statistical significance on the difference among the 4 methods( P〈0. 05). To four actual samples of E. coli in the resultant analysis,there was no statistical significance on the difference among the 3 methods( P〈0. 05). Conclusion CEP is superior to the Film- 2,having the same efficacy as with. The CEP developed by our laboratory has no significant effect on the overall detection results of VRBA and Film- 1,which is superior than Film- 2.
