摘要
目的:研究不同清洗方法对医疗器械产生的效果。方法:本文选择四种清洗方法在不同时间的潜血阳性数,比较传统清洗法和多酶清洗法处理后器械洁净合格率,比较手工清洗法和机器清洗法处理后器械的残留血与蛋白质。结果:多酶机清洗法与清水清洗法和多酶浸泡清洗法效果差异显著;而与冲洗配合酶浸泡清洗法效果未见明显差异(P>0.05);与传统清洗法相比较,多酶清洗法对器械清洁处理后的合格率具有明显差异(P<0.01);而与手工清洗相比,机器清洗后蛋白质残留明显减少,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:医疗器械应用不同清洗方法达到的效果也有所差异。
Objective：To study the effect of different cleaning methods on medical devices. Methods：In this paper, four cleaning methods in the number of positive occult blood of different time, traditional cleaning method and multi enzyme cleaning treatment apparatus after the qualiifed rate of the clean, after manual cleaning method and cleaning machine processing equipment of residual blood and protein. Results： Multi enzyme cleaning methods and clean water method and multi enzyme immersion cleaning method effect difference is signiifcant;and with the lfushing with enzyme immersion cleaning method with no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）;multi enzyme cleaning method and traditional cleaning method clean weapon qualiifed rate had signiifcant difference （P〈0.01）;machine cleaning and manual cleaning machinery proteins residual differ signiifcantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of different cleaning methods for medical devices is also different.
