摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中钛夹丢失的原因及对策,以提高手术的安全性。方法统计手术室的缺陷登记本,对2014年1月至2015年12月期间腹腔镜手术中钛夹丢失的情况进行原因分析。结果共丢失钛夹14例,取胆囊时发生7例(50%)、夹闭胆囊管近段时3例(21.43%)、钛夹钳夹持钛夹时2例(14.29%)、解剖胆囊时1例(7.14%)。结论应加强使用物品的质量监管,加强医护人员的规范化、专业化操作培训,增强责任感,提高防范意识。
Objective To explore the reasons and countermeasures for the loss of titanium clip in laparoscopic surgery in order to improve the safety of operation. Methods We counted the registration of defects in the operation room and analyzed the causes of loss of titanium clip during laparoscopic surgery between January 2014 and December 2015.Results A total loss of the titanium clip was 14 cases,gallbladder occurred in 7 cases（ 50%）,occlusion of the gallbladder tube in 3 cases（ 21. 43%） and titanium clamp clamping with titanium clips,2 cases（ 14. 29%） and dissection of the gallbladder in 1 case（ 7. 14%）. Conclusion We should strengthen the supervision of the quality of the use of articles,strengthen the standardization and professional operation training of medical staff,enhance the sense of responsibility,and improve the awareness of prevention.
