急性心肌梗死PCI术后亚急性支架内血栓形成抢救成功1例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男,40岁。因＂胸痛2h＂入院。患者2h前饮半斤黄酒后感胸痛,有压榨感,伴胸闷,持续不缓解,伴恶心、呕吐。呕吐物为胃内容物,无咖啡色液体,由家属送入本院急诊科。患者既往体健。有吸烟史,20支/d×14年。体检：体温36.2℃,脉搏92次/min,呼吸22次/min,血压136/95mm Hg;神志清,痛苦貌,双肺未闻及干湿啰音,心律齐,心率92次/min,心音低,未闻及杂音;腹软,无压痛,双下肢无浮肿。
