摘要
经过 30多年的奋斗和建设 ,尤其是“九五”以来 ,我省防震减灾事业有了长足的进步与发展 ,不仅为今后的工作打下了坚实的基础 ,而且积累了宝贵的经验。根据我省省情、震情 ,并结合本人在基层长期工作的实践 ,对今后发展我省防震减灾事业的指导思想、奋斗目标、主要任务及应采取的保障措施等提出了建议。本人认为 ,应紧紧围绕构建和完善“三大体系”建设 ,充分发挥各级政府的主动性、创造性 ,依靠科技进步和法制健全来推动我省防震减灾工作向现代化、网络化方向加快发展。
By the strive and construction for more than 30 years,especially since “ninth five years plan”,the earthquake prevention and disaster relief cause of our province have had great developing and made progress.It not only established solid base for future work,but also accumulated precious experiences. According to the situation of earthquakes of our province,and combined with myself long term work practice in grass roots,I presented the propose that the instructional idea,strive target,main task and adopting measures etc. I think we have to exert the go aheadism,creativity of all levels leaders surrounding construction and perfect of “three great systems” and depend on science and technical progress and law perfect to impel the earthquake prevention and disaster relief cause of our province into the developing directions of modernization and network.
