经济型芯棒用钢TBX-1和TBX-4的力学性能对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高传统芯棒用钢的冲击韧性,且在降低合金成本的前提下获得良好的强韧性配合,针对两种新开发的经济型芯棒用钢TBX-1和TBX-4的室温冲击韧性、高温抗压性能以及拉伸性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,相较于传统芯棒用钢H13的冲击韧性(15—20J),TBX-1钢和TBX-4钢均表现出良好的淬回火冲击性能,冲击功分别为71J和52J;两者在高温抗压试验中表现出相似的变形行为,在500~700℃范围内,相同的应变条件下,TBX-1钢的抗压屈服强度始终高于TBX-4钢,且前者的抗拉强度和屈服强度也比后者分别高70MPa和95MPa,但两者优良的强韧性均可满足芯棒使用要求。 To improve the impact toughness of conventional mandrel steels and obtain a good combination of strength and toughness under the premise of reducing the cost of alloys, the room temperature impact toughness, high-temperature compressive and tensile properties of two newly developed economic mandrel steels TBX-1 and TBX-4 were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the impact energy of TBX-1 and TBX-4 were 71 J and 52 J, respectively. Thus, the two new economic mandrel steels were all have excellent impact properties compared with the traditional mandrel steel H13 (15 -20 J). The compressive deformation behavior at high temperature of the two steels TBX-1 and TBX-4 exhibited similar. The compressive yield strength of TBX-1 steel was always higher than the TBX-4 steel at the same strain in the range of 500 -700 ℃. Meanwhile, The tensile strength and yield strength of TBX- 1 steel were 70 MPa and 95 MPa higher than TBX-4 steel, respectively. In all, a excellent combination of strength and toughness of the new two steels could meet the requirements of the mandrels.
