摘要
以现浇混凝土空心楼盖在"光博汇"工程中的应用为案例,分析了混凝土空心楼盖的优越性,并提出了内置芯模的质量要求以及芯模安装的施工工艺要求,重点总结了芯模的抗浮措施.采用现浇混凝土空心楼盖提高了光博汇工程的空间利用率,加快了施工速度,有效降低了建设成本.本文研究成果对现浇混凝土空心楼盖的推广普及具有借鉴意义.
This paper analyzes the advantages of the cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor through the example of its application in the IGIETC Project, puts forward the quality requirements of the built-in core mould construction process and mould installation requirements, and sums up the anti floating measures for the core model. The case shows that the cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor has improved the space utilization rate of the project, sped up the construction, and effectively reduced the construction cost. The research findings can provide reference for the practical use of the cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor in engineering.
