摘要
设计了由变频器与永磁同步电动机构成的调速系统,电路包括两个部分:主回路与负载回路。依据电路对HLP-C100变频器在永磁同步电动机系统的应用情况进行了相应的性能测试,对测试数据进行曲线拟合得到机械特性曲线、电压频率控制曲线及负载曲线,经分析得知该系统调速范围广泛、调速稳定性好,且带负载能力较强。
A speed control system of variable-frequency drive (VFD) and permanent magnet syn- chronous motor (PMSM) is designed with its circuit consisting of the main circuit and the load circuit. According to the circuit, the corresponding performance tests are carried out for the PMSM based on the HLP-C100 VFD. Through fitting these test data, the mechanical characteristic curves, the voltage frequency control curve and load curves are obtained. Based on the analysis of the curves the stability of the system is known to be good with the range of speed being wide and the ability of carrying load being strong.
