摘要
医学创新人才的培养主要在其创新思维、创新能力和创新品质的养成。医学院校采取的各种措施培养学生创新素质,集中体现在第一、二、三课堂的多种活动中,但在师资、评价和环境制约方面对创新培养存在束缚,文章对此进行了分析,并对如何进一步提高创新能力培养的效果进行了探讨。
To cultivate the medical innovative talents is to cultivate their innovative thinking, abilityand quality. Medical colleges and universities adopt varieties of measures to cultivate the innovativequality of students, which is embodied in many kinds of activities of the first, the second and the thirdclasses. However, teachers, evaluation and environment bond the innovation cultivation. This paperanalyzed this point and discussed how to further improve the effect on cultivating of innovation abili-ty.
