摘要
采用"挤出-拉伸-烧结"法制备PTFE中空纤维膜,并用于浸没式脱除烟气中CO_2的研究。主要研究了气体流速、吸收剂浓度和搅拌器转速等操作条件对PTFE中空纤维膜浸没式脱除烟气中CO_2性能的影响。结果表明CO_2吸收率随着时间增加而减小,CO_2吸收量随时间增大而增大,CO_2吸收率随着气体流速增大而减小,CO_2吸收量随着气体流速的增大先增大后减小,CO_2吸收率、吸收量随着搅拌速度、吸收液浓度增大而增大。
PTFE hollow fiber membranes were prepared through “paste extrusion,stretching and sintering”processes,and were used for CO2 removal in an immersed way in this paper.The effects of gas flow rate,absorbent concentration and agitator speed on CO2 removal by PTFE hollow fiber membrane in an immersed way were investigated.Results show that:CO2 absorption ratio decreases with time,while CO2 absorption amount increases with time.CO2 absorption ratio decreases with the rise in gas flow rate, while CO2 absorption amount first increases and then decreases with the rise in gas flow rate.CO2 absorption ratio and CO2 absorption amount rise with the rise in stirring rate and absorbent concentration.
