铁尾矿粉-粉煤灰-矿渣粉复合掺合料对混凝土性能的影响 被引量:21

摘要 研究了铁尾矿粉单掺作掺合料对混凝土性能的影响,在此基础上系统研究了铁尾矿粉-粉煤灰-矿渣粉复掺作掺合料对混凝土坍落度、抗压强度的影响。研究结果表明,随着铁尾矿粉掺量的增加,混凝土坍落度呈先增大后减小趋势,抗压强度下降明显,铁尾矿粉的适宜掺量为15%;在掺量相同的条件下,掺加铁尾矿粉-粉煤灰-矿渣粉复合掺合料的混凝土强度明显高于单掺铁尾矿粉的混凝土强度,且混凝土工作性得到显著提高。用扫描电镜(SEM)、压汞仪对铁尾矿粉和复合掺合料的作用机理进行了研究。 The influence of iron tailings slag and one kind of composite admixture with iron tailings slag, fly ash, and slag powder on concrete slump and compressive strength was studied in this paper. Test results show that the concrete slump increases first and then decreases with the increase of iron tailings slag content. Meanwhile, the compressive strength decreases significantly with the increase of iron tailing slag content. The suitable dosage of the iron tailing slag was 15%. The comparison of the influence at the same dosage shows that the strength of concrete with composite admixture was significantly higher than that of concrete with iron tailings slag. The concrete workability was improved by the composite admixture. The mechanism was studied using Scanning electron microscope and Mercury Analyzer.
