摘要
以硝酸钍为钍源,P123为致孔剂,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用前躯体路线溶剂热法合成了具有介孔结构的球状氧化钍微纳米材料;采用SEM、XRD、XPS和N_2吸附-脱附等方法对样品进行了表征。结果表明:所合成的氧化钍材料直径约为0.5~1μm,具有介孔结构,孔径约为20 nm,比表面积为51.37 m^2/g。并且测试了介孔氧化钍的吸收和发射光谱,具有良好的光学性能。
Th( NO3 )4 acted as thorium source, P123 as porogen, the ethanol as solvent, the ThO2 micro- nano materials were synthesized by precursor route and solvothermal method. The obtained samples were characterized in detail by SEM, XRD, XPS and N2 sorption and desorption. The results show that the synthesized ThO2 were 0.5-1 μm in diameter, pore is 20 nm, 51.37 m2/g in specific surface area, mesoporous structure, and the absorption and emission spectra of the mesoporous ThO2 were tested, the ThO2 samples have good optical property.
