壳聚糖金属配合物/氮磷阻燃剂处理杨木的防霉阻燃性能 被引量:4

摘要 制备兼具阻燃与防霉效果的木材改性药剂,将自行制得的壳聚糖银(CTS-Ag)和壳聚糖铜(CTS-Cu)与阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)和新型磷氮硼复合木材阻燃剂(FRW)进行复配,并对药剂的防霉性能、阻燃性能进行评价,探究较好的防霉阻燃配方。结果表明:对绿色木霉和黑曲霉,添加CTS-Cu的配方防霉效果不显著,FRW+1.0%(wt,质量分数,下同)CTS-Ag配方具有稳定显著的防霉效果,对绿色木霉和黑曲霉的防治效力均达到100%,对木材能够起到有效的防霉效果;CTS-Ag对阻燃效果影响不大;综合考虑,FRW+1.0%CTS-Ag为较合适的阻燃防霉剂配方。 The wood modification agent that having flame retardant and anti-mold effect was prepared. Chitosan-Ag and ehitosan-Cu that synthesized by ourselves were compounded with flame retardants APP and FRW. Anti-mold and flame retardant properties were experimented and evaluated to obtain excellent formula. Results showed that: for Aspergillus ni get and Trichoderma viride, anti-mould effect was not obvious with addition of CTS-Cu. The anti-mold effect was stable and significant of formula FRW+1.0 %(wt, same below) CTS-Ag. The mold resistance value was 100 % for Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger,the woods were protected effectively against mold. The influence of CTS-Ag on flame retardant was very small. Therefore, the most excellent formula was FRW+1.0% CTS-Ag.
