常温氨基酸盐膜吸收CO_2及吸收液对膜孔结构影响研究 被引量:1

Study on CO_2 Absorption Using Amino Acid Salts in Membrane Contactors and Impact of the Solution on Membrane Pore Structure under Normal Temperature

摘要 常温条件下使用两种氨基酸盐溶液在中空纤维膜反应器中进行CO_2循环吸收试验,研究了不同因素影响下CO_2脱除率和不同负荷范围内平均吸收速率的变化情况。结果表明:增大吸收液流量,增大吸收液浓度均能提高CO_2脱除率和平均吸收速率,且常温下氨基和亚氨基对CO_2的脱除率相差不大。在氨基酸盐溶液CO_2负荷低于一定值时,吸收液能够保持较高的CO_2脱除率,负荷高于该临界值后,CO_2脱除率迅速降低。在研究长期接触中氨基酸盐溶液对聚丙烯膜孔结构的影响时发现,相比MEA溶液,相同质量分数的氨基酸盐溶液浸润膜孔的风险更小。 The experiments of CO2 circulating absorption using two sorts of Amino Acid Salts in membrane contactors were taken under normal temperature, and the influences of different experimental factors on the CO2 removal efficiency and the average removal rate in different load range were studied. The result shows that the COz removal efficiency and the average removal rate in different load range will be improved with the increase of flow rate and concentration of the solution. Meanwhile, the CO2 removal efficiency of amino group have little difference with that of imino group. The CO2 removal efficiency could be kept on a high level when the CO2 load of solution is less than a critical value, otherwise the removal efficiency will decrease rapidly. The study of impact of the solution on the membrane pore structure indicates that the risk of pore wetting of amino acid salts is lower than that of MEA solution with the same mass fraction.
