摘要
目的:观察益气温阳方联合CEF方案对乳腺癌的疗效及对生活质量和免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2012年1月—2014年12月在我院诊断为乳腺癌术后的患者130例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组予以常规的CEF化疗方案,观察组在对照组的基础上采用益气温阳方治疗。观察两组患者的疗效,治疗前后QLQ-BR53评分,白细胞计数(WBC),血小板(Plt),IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+和NK水平的变化。结果:观察组的生存质量改善率为81.54%,明显高于对照组的63.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.648,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的总体健康状态评分,症状评分,乳腺癌特异性评价,WBC,Plt,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+和NK水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的总体健康状态评分,CD3^+,CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+较治疗前明显提高,而观察组增高更为明显(P<0.01)。两组的症状评分,乳腺癌特异性评价,WBC,Plt,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CD8^+和NK水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),观察组的症状评分,乳腺癌特异性评价,C3和C4水平较对照组降低更为明显(P<0.01),而对照组的WBC,Plt,IgG,IgM,CD8^+和NK降低水平更为明显(P<0.01)。结论:益气温阳方联合CEF方案对乳腺癌的疗效明显提高,可能与益气温阳方促进机体的细胞和体液免疫,降低化疗药物的毒副作用有关。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Wenyang formula combined with CEF chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer,and their impact on quality of life and immune function. Methods： 130 patients with breast cancer,from January 2012 to December 2014,were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group after surgery,and each group had 65 cases. The control group received conventional CEF chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang formula on the basis of the therapy in the control group. Efficacy after treatment,the levels of QLQ-BR53 score,white blood cell（ WBC）,platelets（ Plt）,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/ CD8＋and NK were observed before and after treatment. Results： The rate of the quality of life was 81. 54% in the observation group and was significantly higher than 63. 08% in the control group（ χ2= 4. 648,P 0. 05）. The overall health status score,symptom score,breast cancer-specific evaluation,WBC,Plt,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋and CD4＋/ CD8＋and NK levels had no significant difference between each group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,and the levels of overall health status score,CD3＋,CD4＋and CD4＋/ CD8＋were significantly increased compared with those before treatment,and the increasing levels in the observation group were more obvious（ P〈0. 01）; the symptom scores,breast cancer-specific evaluation,WBC,Plt,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CD8＋and NK levels were significantly lower in two groups than those before treatment（ P〈0. 01）; the levels of symptom score,breast cancer-specific evaluation,C3 and C4 in the observation group reduced more significantly than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）,while the levels of WBC,Plt,IgG,IgM,CD8＋and NK reduced more obviously in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The efficacy of Yiqi Wenyang formula combined with CEF chemotherapy is significantly improved for patients with breast cancer.
