摘要
针对煤矿井下特殊的工况环境,造成煤矿井下高压电缆绝缘层容易老化,导致供电线缆绝缘失效,影响井下正常生产,本文对井下常用10kV动力电缆绝缘状况进行实时在线监测,通过交流叠加法对电缆绝缘状态进行判断,并完成相应软、硬件的开发。通过对电缆绝缘在线监测系统的现场模拟试验,证明该系统具有较高的准确性和灵敏度,为煤矿井下其他电缆绝缘监测提供了一定的参考价值。
Based on special working condition of high voltage cable insulation layer aging easily and power cable insulation failure,which affected normal production,online insulation real-time monitoring system of underground 10 KV power cable was analyzed in this paper. Hardware and software development were completed through judgment of cable insulation made by ac superimposition method. According to field simulated experiments,cable insulation online monitoring system had good accuracy and sensibility,which provided reference value to other cable insulation monitoring.
