氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探析氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2012年1月—2015年12月收治的100例小儿呼吸系统疾病,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各50例,研究组采取常规输液治疗加布地奈德联合特布他林氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,对照组不使用雾化治疗,比较两组咳嗽气喘等改善时间及不良反应等。结果研究组咳嗽、气喘、肺部啰音消失时间分别为(4.5±1.2)d、(4.3±1.1)d、(5.0±1.3)d,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组总有效率为92.0%与对照组70.0%比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组不良反应发生率为0%。结论氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病的效果确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the oxygen aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric respiratory disease effect. Methods Random select our hospital in January 2012-December2015,100 cases of pediatric respiratory system disease,were randomly divided into research group and the control group,all the 50 cases, the team take routine infusion treatment with budesonide combined terbutaline oxygen aerosol inhalation therapy, the control group without the use of atomization treat- ment, compared two groups of cough asthma,such as improving time and adverse reactions, etc. Results Team cough, asth- mia, lung then disappear time respectively (4.5±1.2)d, (4.3±1.1) d,(5.0±l.3)d,clear difference compared with control group,P〈 0.05; Group total effective rate was 92.0% Compared with 70.0% in the control group was significantly higher,significant dif- ference (P〈0.05); The group is the incidence of adverse reactions was 0%.Conduslon Oxygen aerosol inhalation treatment of pediatric respiratory disease effect is exact, less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion.
