摘要
目的探析川芎治疗月经不调的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2015年8月—2016年8月收治的100例月经不调患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各为50例,研究组以活血通经,滋补肝肾方治疗,对照组主要是指导患者合理休息,放松心情,适当锻炼等,比较两组治疗后的有效率及患者的满意率。结果经治疗后,研究组治愈20例,显效15例,有效12例,其总有效率94.0%,对照组治愈13例,显效14例,有效8例,其总有效率70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组治疗效果满意率88.0%,对照组治疗效果满意率66.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎治疗月经不调的临床效果确切,显著优于对照组,安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective The clinical effect of Chuanxiong treating irregular menstruation. Conclusion The clinical effect of Chuanxiong treating irregular menstruation is exact, significantly better than the control group, safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
