摘要
根据专科医师规范化培训的要求及医学影像学科的特点,结合多年来我院放射中心带教工作的实践经验,探讨医学影像医师规范化培训的教学模式。本文从注重学科特点、加强多学科学习,言传身教、注重诊断思路的培养以及充分发挥PACS在教学中的优势等方面展开讨论,以期探索医学影像医师规范化培训的最佳模式。
According to the requirements of the specialist standardized training and the features of medical imaging, combined with the practical experience of teaching work in the radiation center of our hospital for many years, the aim of this article was to explore the teaching mode of standardized training of medical imaging doctors. In this article,we pay attention to the characteristics of subject, strengthen multi-disciplinary learning, teaching by precept and exam- ple, practice the diagnostic idea of students and make full use of the advantages of PACS in teaching work, in order to explore the best mode of standardized training for medical imaging doctors.
