摘要
针对沥青路面层间抗剪问题,开展不同工况下的抗剪强度试验。研究得出:在使用粘结材料后,层间抗剪强度显著提高,其中粘结材料为super PCR改性乳化沥青的抗剪强度最大,为1.473MPa;温度对层间抗剪强度的影响较大,随着温度不断升高,沥青路面层间抗剪强度不断降低,在温度为60℃、粘结材料洒布量为0.5kg/m2的情况下,沥青路面层间抗剪强度仅为0.255MPa,较20℃时下降了82.65%;油污的污染比砂性土对层间抗剪强度的降低更为显著,当油污的洒布量为0.4kg/m2时,层间抗剪强度为0.353MPa;通过对不同的路面结构组合类型进行剪切试验可以得出:AC-13+AC-20层间抗剪强度最大的组合为4cm+6cm。最后通过工程案例分析,总结出提高沥青路面层间抗剪强度的施工质量控制措施。
Aimed to the inter- layer shear resistance problem of asphalt pavement,the paper conducted a serial of shear strength test under different working conditions. The results shows that: After the use of bonding material,the shear strength between structural layers increased significantly,and the shear strength of the adhesive material for super PCR modified emulsified asphalt is the biggest- 1. 473MPa; Temperature has great influence on the shear strength between layers,and the shear strength of asphalt pavement decreases with the increasing of temperature. When the temperature is 60℃ and the amount of the bonding material is 0. 5kg / m^2,the inter- layer shear strength of asphalt pavement is only 0. 255 MPa,which is 82. 65% lower than that of 20℃; The pollution of oil pollution is more significant than the decrease of the inter- layer shear strength of sandy soil. When the amount of the oil spill is 0. 4kg / m^2,the shear strength of the layer is 0. 353 MPa. Through the shear test of different types of pavement structure,it can be concluded thatthe maximum shear strength of the AC- 13 + AC- 20 layer is the combination of 4cm + 6cm. Finally,through the engineering case analysis,the paper summed up the construction quality control measures to improve the shear strength of the asphalt pavement layer.
