摘要
绥化市是一个农业大市,生态环境状况对绥化市具有独特的政治、经济意义。社会经济发展的同时,农业生态的负面效应日益凸显,以环境生态为基础的旅游服务业,可以成为调和农业生态和经济发展的重要突破口,但农业生态环境不应仅仅作为被动的被旅游开发利用的客体资源,而应在旅游的推动下,主动实现自身的升级完善,使旅游成为农业生态保护的推动力,真正实现农业、生态环境、旅游三者之间的良性互动发展。
Suihua is an agriculture area, and the ecological environment has unique political and economic significance for Suihua. The development of the society make the increasingly prominent contradiction between farmers growing material and cultural needs and agricultural output value. Industry, aiding the economy, has the negative effect on the ecological agriculture at the same time. Also on the basis of the ecological environment of the tourism service industry, it has become an important breakthrough to reconcile agricultural ecological and economic development. Agriculture ecological environment should not only be the object of tourism development and utilization of resources as passive resources, but should be driven by tourism. It take the initiative to implement its own perfect upgrade, make the tourism become the impetus of agricultural ecological protection and realize the benign interaction between agriculture, ecological environment, and tourism development.
