健康教育对提高脑卒中患者诊疗依从性的影响

摘要 目的探讨健康教育对提高脑卒中患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月在该院治疗的脑卒中患者166例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组83例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础之上,加以健康教育,观察两组患者生活质量、依从性及不良心理的改善情况。结果干预后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);抑郁及焦虑情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者进行健康教育,不仅可以提高脑卒中患者的生活质量和治疗依从性,而且改善患者不良心理,使患者增加了对抗疾病的自信心。 Objective To study the effect of health education on improving the diagnosis and treatment compliance in patients with stroke. Methods 166 cases of patients with stroke treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 83 cases in each, the control group adopted routine nursing, the observation group adopted health education on the basis of the control group, and the quality of life, compliance and improvement of unhealthy psychology of the two groups were observed. Results After intervention, the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05), and the compliance was obviously better than that in the control group(P〈0.05), and the depression and anxiety situation was lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The health education for patients with stroke can not only improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of patients with stroke, but also improve the unhealthy psychology thus improving the patient's confidence of anti-disease.
