摘要
目的了解当前孕产妇母婴保健知识知晓程度、需求状况,分析实际需求,为今后孕产妇母婴保健服务机构的建立以及专业护理人员从事相关行业提供可靠的理论依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对来该校附属医院门诊产检的500名孕妇进行调查。结果 500名孕妇中有470名提出希望能够了解更多关于孕期保健的相关知识,占总人数的96%;获得母婴保健相关知识的途径从高到低依次为网络/广播等媒体、长辈或者朋友、报纸杂志、医疗卫生单位宣传手册以及其他途径。对于妇婴保健知识的需求多集中在胎儿发育、孕期自我监测、新生儿喂养与护理、产妇产后恢复、心理调节方法及膳食营养等六项。结论当前,孕产妇对母婴保健的需求日益增加,但其对相关知识的知晓度仍然不高,相关服务机构在今后的发展中应不断完善相关服务项目,国家妇幼保健单位应加大对孕产妇相关保健知识的宣传。
Objective To know the awareness degree and demand condition of maternal and child health care knowledge of pregnant women at present, analyze the practical demands and provide reliable theoretical basis for establishing the maternal and child health care service institution of pregnant women and employment in the relevant industries of nursing professionals. Methods 500 cases of pregnant women for antenatal care in clinic in affiliated hospital of our university were surveyed by self-made questionnaire. Results In the 500 cases of pregnant women, 470 cases hoped to know more antenatal care related knowledge, accounting for 96%, the routes of obtaining maternal and child health care related knowledge from high to low were network/broadcast, senile/friend, newspaper, pamphlets in the medical health unit and others, the demands for maternal and child health care knowledge concentrated on prenatal development, self-monitoring during pregnancy,neonate feeding and nursing, postpartum recovery of pregnant women, mental adjustment and diet nutrition. Conclusion At present, the demand of pregnant women for maternal and child health care is increasing, but the awareness degree of relevant knowledge is still not high, and the relevant service institutions should constantly improve the relevant service projects in the future development, and the national maternal and child health care unit should increase the publicity of relevant health care knowledge of pregnant women.
