摘要
目的探讨药学服务管理在结核性脑膜炎(TBM)治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月该院收治的TBM患者,共计110例。以随机数字表将110例TBM患者均分为两组,研究组与对照组各55例。研究组在用药治疗期间实施药学服务管理干预,对照组仅采取治疗措施,而未实施药学服务管理。结果研究组用药治疗的总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。研究组TBM患者体温恢复及住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组TBM用药期间的不良反应为7.27%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。研究组用药依从率为96.36%,高于对照组的78.18%(P<0.05)。结论药学服务管理措施可以有效提高TBM患者的临床疗效,改善临床症状,降低药物不良反应,强化用药依从性,适于临床推广。
Objective To study the application effect of pharmacy service management in the treatment of tubercular meningitis. Methods 110 cases of TBM patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each, the research group adopted pharmacy service management intervention, while the control group only adopted the treatment measures without pharmacy service management. Results The total effective rate of medical treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group,（94.55% vs 80.00%）（P〈0.05）, the body temperature recovery and length of stay in TBM patients in the research group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, the incidence rate of adverse reaction during medication in the research group was lower than that in the control group（7.27% vs 20.00%）（P〈0.05）, and the medication compliance rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group（96.36% vs 78.18%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pharmacy service management measures can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of TBM patients, improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the side effect of drugs and reinforce the medication compliance, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
