摘要
目的探讨急诊外科护理管理中实施前瞻性护理模式的急救效果。方法选取2013年9月—2015年9月收治的急诊外科急救患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组行常规护理,观察组实施前瞻性护理模式,对比两组急救时间、护理满意度和死亡率情况。结果观察组平均急救时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急救时间<60 min比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊外科护理管理中实施前瞻性护理模式可明显提高急救效果,缩短急救时间,降低患者死亡率,提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To study the emergency effect of prospective nursing model in the department of emergency surgery.Methods 82 cases of emergency patients admitted and treated in the department of emergency surgery from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases, the control group adopted the routine nursing, the observation group adopted the prospective nursing model, and the emergency time, nursing satisfactory degree and death rate of the two groups were compared. Results The average emergency time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group and the difference was obvious, P〈0.05, the ratio of case whose emergency time 60 min was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious,P〈0.05, the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious,P〈0.05, and the death rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of prospective nursing model in the nursing management in the department of emergency surgery can obviously improve the emergency effect, shorten the emergency time, reduce the death rate of patients and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, which is worth promotion.
