摘要 目的对不同级别综合性医院感染科护士的手卫生状况研究分析。方法选取6家不同级别综合性医院的感染科护士共计120名进行手卫生相关的问卷调查研究,采集所得数据进行统计学分析。结果从总体来说,6家不同级别综合性医院的感染科护士手卫生执行不规范,手卫生依从率仅为24.30%,处于较低水平。从医院级别上来看,三级医院感染科护士手卫生依从率为30.33%,显著高于二级医院感染科护士的手卫生依从率22.67%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响不同级别综合性医院感染科护士手卫生依从性的主要因素一致,包括①护理部未制定针对手卫生的奖惩制度;②手卫生清洁剂、消毒剂会刺激护士皮肤;③护士自感工作太忙,忘记洗手。结论不同级别综合性医院的感染科护理人员手卫生依从性均不高,尤其是二级综合性医院,手部卫生状况亟待提高。护理管理者应尽早制定针对护士手卫生依从性的奖惩制度,论证并选取刺激性小的清洁剂和消毒剂,加强宣传教育和管理,确保感染科护士手卫生依从性的逐步提高。 Objective To research and analyze the hand hygience of nurses in the hospital infection department in general hospitals of different levels. Methods 120 cases of nurses in the infection department in 6 general hospitals of different levels were researched by the hand hygience related questionnaires, and the data concluded were collected and statistically analyzed. Results In general, the hand hygience execution of nurses in the infection department in 6 general hospitals of different levels was not standardized, the compliance rate of hand hygience was only 24.30%, which was at a low level, in terms of hospital level, the compliance rate of hand hygience of nurses in the infection department in the three-level hospital was obviously higher than that in the second-level hospital, 30.33% vs 22.67%, and the difference between groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05), the main influence factors of hand hygience compliance of nurses in the infection department of general hospitals of different levels were consistent, including;① the department of nursing failed to make the reward and punishment system of hand hygience;② the cleaner and disinfector of hand hygience could stimulate the skin of nurses;③ the nurses supposed that they were too busy to wash hands. Conclusion The hand hygience compliance of nursing staff in the infection department of general hospitals of different levels is not high, especially in the second-level general hospital, and the hand hygience status needs to be improved, and the nursing managers should make the reward and punishment systems of hand hygience compliance as soon as possible, proves and selects the cleaner and disinfector with lower irritability, enhance education and management and ensure the gradual improvement of hand hygience compliance of nurses in the department infection.
