摘要
"双导师制"人才培养模式有助于师资队伍建设,能增强毕业学生的就业信心,教学效果明显。这一人才培养模式运行中存在校企合作共建困难,规章制度不健全,师资队伍缺乏,激励机制缺失等问题,高职院校在推行"双导师制"人才培养模式过程中要加强校企合作,搭建实践基地;健全规章制度,保障制度落实;加快师资建设,提升教学水平;完善激励机制,促进实践教学。
The double tutorial system as an educational mode is considered as helpful to the construction of teaching staffs. This paper argues for constructive measures against the difficulties and conflictions that exist in the process of the school-enterprise cooperation, and through the making of rules and regulations estimated as being short of incentive mechanisms. Moreover, it is imperative to enhance school-enter- prise cooperation and build bases or workshops and improve incentive mechanisms in the creative construc-tion of the double tutorial system in vocational colleges.
