摘要
针对当前高校基建工程中通常采用甲控乙供的工程材料管理模式,探讨了甲控乙供材料管理模式的概念、优点和不足,并从采购、施工、验收、档案管理四个环节阐述甲控乙供材料质量的控制措施。
This paper,aiming at the A control B for material management mode commonly used in University infrastructure projects,expounds the concept,advantages and disadvantages of the mode,and from such four procedures as the procurement,construction,acceptance and file management,expounds the control measures of A control B for material management mode.
