乌鲁木齐县羊消化道寄生虫感染季节动态变化调查 被引量:20

SEASONAL DYNAMICS ON PARASITIC INFECTIONS OF SHEEP DIGESTIVE TRACTS IN URUMCHI COUNTY, XINJIANG

摘要 为了对新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐县羊消化道寄生虫感染进行季节动态变化调查,采集乌鲁木齐县板房沟乡和永丰乡的5个羊场新鲜羊粪1251份,采用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦克马斯特计数法计算感染率和感染强度,参考寄生虫图谱进行种类鉴定。结果表明,该县寄生虫总感染率为84.73%,春季感染率最高,夏季感染率最低。球虫感染率为71.38%,线虫感染率为36.53%,吸虫感染率为3.36%,绦虫感染率为2.00%。球虫春季感染率最高,线虫冬季感染率最高,吸虫春季感染率最高,绦虫秋季感染率最高。羔羊感染率高于成年羊。经形态学初步鉴定羊消化道寄生虫25种,其中球虫7种、线虫15种,绦虫2种,吸虫1种。本调查结果为制定科学合理的羊消化道寄生虫防治措施提供了科学依据。 The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the seasonal variations for parasitic infections in sheep digestive tracts in Urumqi county, Xinjiang. Total 1251 fresh fecal samples were collected from sheep pastured in Banfanggou and Yongfeng villages in Urumqi county. The infection rate and intensity were examined using the saturated solution floating and Mac Master's methods. The parasitic species were identified by reference map. The overall prevalence of parasitic infection was 84.73%. The infection rate was 71.38% for coccidian, 36.53% for nematode, 3.36% for trematode and 2.00% for tapeworm. The infection rate of coccidian was the highest in Spring. The highest infection season was Winter for nematode, Spring for trematode and Autumn for tapeworm. The infection rate was higher in lamb than adult sheep. Total parasites identified by morphology was identified as 25 species, including 7 coccidians,15 nematodes, 2 trematodes and one tapeworm. The present study provided overall status of parasitic infection in sheep digestive tracts, which laid the groundwork to propose scientific and rational control measures.
