摘要
美国《食品安全现代化法》(FSMA)出台之后,美国FDA陆续制定了一系列配套文件,新的配套法规在安全标准、监管模式等方面都有了新的变化和完善。新法规的颁布对输美食品贸易既是挑战,也是机遇。本文分析了FSMA配套法规的特点和影响,并讨论了新法规的应对措施。
A series of regulations had formulated for the Food Safety Modernization Act. There were new changes and perfection in such aspects as safety standards and supervision model. The promulgation of the new rules was both a challenge and opportunity for food trade. This article analyzed the characteristic and influence of the regulations,and the countermeasure were also discussed.
