480例数字减影血管造影图像质量分析及质量控制方法 被引量:3

DSA Image Quality and Quality Control Analysis on 480 Cases

摘要 目的:探讨形成数字减影血管造影(DSA)图像不良因素的原因及相关图像质控方法。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年12月在我院行DSA诊疗的480例患者,共计2 639个造影序列,随机分为对照组(240名患者1 317个造影序列)和质控组(240名患者1 322个造影序列),分析判断各组图像是否存在图像不良因素并对不良因素分类,按照不良因素的多少对图像质量进行评分,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:对照组共443个序列中存在不良因素,质控组中共258个序列存在不良因素,通过质量控制,图像质量得到明显改善(P<0.05);质控组腹部、胸部及四肢不良因素较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);质控组(优80.42%,良15.00%,差4.58%)图像质量优良率明显高于对照组(优66.67%,良27.08%,差6.25%)(P<0.05)。结论:DSA图像质量的不良因素主要是呼吸运动伪影,在腹部出现的不良因素的比例最高,有效合理的质控措施可以明显改善图像质量,提高图像优良率。 Objective:To investigate the reasons for adverse factors in imaging and the relevant quality control methods.Methods:A total of 480 cases finished digital subtraction angiography(DSA)between 2014 and 2015in our hospital were selected.There were 2 639 imaging sequences in total,which are divided into control group(1 317 imaging sequences from 240cases)and quality control group(1 322 imaging sequences from 240cases)to estimate whether there are adverse factors in imaging and then the adverse factors were classified.The image quality was graded according to the number of adverse factors,and then a series of statistics analyses of the results were performed.Results:There were 443 sequences with adverse factors in the control group,while 258 sequences with adverse factors in the quality control group,and the imaging quality was significantly improved by quality control(P〈0.05).The adverse factors in abdomen,thorax and limbs in the quality control group were significantly decreased as compared with the control group(P〈0.05).The excellent and good rates of imaging quality in the quality control group(high-quality 80.42%,medium quality 15.00%,low-quality 4.58%)was significantly higher than the control group(high-quality 66.67%,medium quality 27.08%,low-quality6.25%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The main adverse factor of image quality is breathing artifact,and the highest percentage of adverse factors appears in the abdomen.Effective and reasonablequality control measures could provide high image quality,and the excellent and good rates could be obviously improved in this way.
