摘要
目的探讨行全喉切除术后院外护理支持对喉癌患者自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2014年7月—2015年10月期间,在该院行全喉切除术治疗的68例喉癌患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取院外护理支持,对比两组患者最终的临床护理效果。结果出院后6个月,观察组自理能力评分(52.85±5.27)分,显著高于对照组(43.26±4.18)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.31,P<0.05)。结论对行全喉切除术的喉癌患者采取院外护理支持,可有效提高患者自我护理能力,减轻患者家属负担,对提高患者生存质量具有积极意义,值得推广借鉴。
Objective To study the effect of outside nursing support after the total laryngectomy on the self-nursing ability of patients with laryngocarcinoma. Methods 68 cases of patients with laryngocarcinoma treated with total laryngectomy in our hospital from July 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, the observation group adopted the outside nursing support on the basis of the control group, and the clinical nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The self-care ability in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group in 6-month after discharge[（52.85±5.27） marks vs（43.26±4.18） marks], and the difference had statistical significance,（t=8.31, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The outside nursing support for laryngocarcinoma patients with total laryngectomy can effectively improve the self-nursing ability of patients, relieve the burden of patient＇s family, which is of positive significance to improve the survival quality of patients, and it is worth promotion and reference.
