摘要
目的探讨心理健康教育对肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选择110例肺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组均55例。对照组给予肿瘤科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理健康教育。结果两组干预后SAS评分和生活质量评分与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后的SAS评分及生活质量评分相比较,观察组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后对照组患者的生活质量稳定率为60.0%,观察组患者的生活质量稳定率为81.8%,两组干预后患者的生活质量疗效比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理健康教育可改善肺癌患者的焦虑状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of mental health education on the quality of life of patients with lung cancer. Methods 110 cases of patients with lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing in the department of oncology, and the observation group adopted the mental health education on the basis of the control group. Results The SAS score and quality of life score of the two groups after intervention were obviously improved compared with those before intervention, P〈0.05, the SAS score and quality of life score of the two groups after intervention in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, P〈0.05, the steady rate of quality of life after intervention was 60% in the control group and 81.8% in the observation group, and the quality of life curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group after intervention, P〈0.05. Conclusion The mental health education can improve the anxiety state of patients with lung cancer and improve the quality of life.
