摘要
水伦理关注不同水事工作背后的基础性伦理议题。在中国当代水伦理研究逐渐起步的学术背景下,应该在明确水伦理建设主体、主题和方式的基础上,吸收中国古代水伦理精华,借鉴西方水伦理优点,尽快构建具有鲜明中华文化特色的当代水伦理价值体系,以更好地为包括水资源管理和水污染治理等在内的整个水生态文明建设提供伦理指导和政策依据。
Water ethics focus on the basic ethic issues behind various water affairs. A contemporary water value system characterizing in Chinese culture should be built as soon as possible,to provide a better ethic guideline and policy basis for the development of water ecological culture construction in China which includes water resource management,water pollution control and many other stuffs.To better realize the aforementioned goal,the subject,the theme and the method of Chinese water ethic construction should be clarified,the ancient Chinese water ethic essence should be absorbed and the strong points of western water ethics should be learned.
