摘要
目的观察欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力产后出血的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2013年1月至2016年4月分娩并因宫缩乏力引起产后出血的产妇82例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(42例)。对照组患者仅采用缩宫素止血,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用欣母沛,治疗后比较两组产后2,24 h出血量及止血时间;比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组患者相比,治疗组患者产后2,24 h出血量明显减少,止血时间明显缩短,总有效率更高,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组出现不良反应3例,治疗组10例,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但程度均较轻,未予药物干预即可自行缓解。结论欣母沛对宫缩乏力引起的产后出血疗效确切,可缩短出血时间,优于单用缩宫素治疗,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of hemabate on contractions fatigue postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 82 cases of postpartum hemorrhage caused by contractions fatigue between January 2013 and April 2016 in the hospital were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group（40 cases） was treated with oxytocin only to stop bleeding,while the treatment group（42 cases） accepted hemabate on the basis of the control group.After treatment of 2 h and 24 h,the postpartum blood loss and the bleeding time of the two groups were compared;the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the blood loss of the patients in the treatment group decreased significantly at 2 and24 h after delivery;the hemostasis time was shortened,the total effective rate was higher,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were 3 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,10 cases in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,but the degree was mild and the patient can ease by their own without drug intervention.Conclusion Hemabate on contractions fatigue postpartum hemorrhage is effective.It can shorten the bleeding time and provide better outcome than using oxytocin treatment alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
