摘要
目的探析MRI在诊断膝关节损伤中的临床价值。方法整群选取该院2014年4月—2015年10月期间收治127例膝关节损伤患者,回顾性分析膝关节损伤患者的影像资料,分析MRI诊断结果。结果该组127例患者经过MRI诊断,共有20例患者骨损伤,25例患者骨挫伤、35例患者出现半月板损伤。MRI诊断半月板损伤特异性为62.99%,准确性为92.13%,敏感性为72.44%;MRI诊断韧带损伤特异性为44.88%,准确性为63.78%,敏感性为76.38%。结论 MRI诊断膝关节损伤安全有效,经济性较好,准确度较高,因此值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective Analysis the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injury. Methods Group select our hospital during April 2014 to October 2015 treated 127 cases of patients with injury of knee joint and knee joint injury were retrospectively analyzed the image data, analysis of MRI diagnosis. Results Of 127 patients after MRI diagnosis, a total of 20 cases of patients with bone injury, 25 cases of patients with bone contusion、35 cases patients with meniscus injury.Specificity of MRI in the diagnosis of meniscal injury was 62.99%, the accuracy was 92.13%, the sensitivity is 72.44%;Specificity of MRI in the diagnosis of ligament injury was 44.88%, the accuracy was 63.78%, the sensitivity was 76.38%.Conclusion MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injury is safe and effective, better efficiency, high accuracy, thus is worth popularizing in clinical use.
