局部振动训练对脑梗偏瘫患者上肢痉挛和功能康复的疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨局部振动训练对缓解脑梗偏瘫患者上肢痉挛和功能康复的疗效。方法 86例脑梗后偏瘫上肢功能运动障碍患者平均分为AB两组,A组都给予8周的常规康复训练,B组给予8周的常规康复训练和局部振动训练,采用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)和改良Ashworth分级法(MAS)评价2组患者康复效果。结果治疗后,2组患者的FMA、MBI评分和MAS均比治疗前显著改善,且A组显著优于B组(P<0.05)。结论局部振动训练可以改善常规康复训练脑梗死偏瘫上肢功能运动障碍患者的运动功能的恢复,并缓解其上肢痉挛水平。 Objective To understand the efficacy of local vibration training in rehabilitating the upper limb spasticity and function of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Method 86 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia were firstly chosen as the subjects of study and were divided into a control group( group A,n = 43) and an experimental group( group B,n = 43). The control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation training for a period of 8 weeks. The experimental were treated with local vibration training for a period of 8 weeks in addition to the training given to the control. FMA,MBI and MAS indexes were employed to evaluate the efficacy of the training methods for the two groups. Findings After treatment,the FAM,MBI and MAS indexes of both groups were significantly improved as compared with before treatment. The indexes in all three aspects of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Local vibration training could help to recover the motor function and mitigate the upper limb spasticity of patients with cerebral infarction.
